​​Marquise Rubina's Accomplishments in the Fisheries Industry

1. Certified Master Trainer by UNIDO for Code of Practice Training and Policies for Fishermen Community, Federal & Provincial Fisheries Department and Fisheries Industries.

2. Discussed and suggested the development of fisheries and port of Gwadar with Deputy EU Delegation and got the approval under TRTA for Master Trainers & training of directors of fisheries department as phase one and to train the fishermen about over 4000 as phase two and phase three was for fiberglass boats, other equipment, provision of insurance, safety trainings, firstaid training, and setup HACCP lab to complete the requirements for EU exports.

3. We took fishing industry leadership, and community organizations in partnership with EU Funding and UNIDO experts’ team to uplift the livelihood of fishermen community by providing them the code of conduct upon visiting the port, vessels, factories, processing plants and completed monitoring/evaluation of the entire process from fishing to auction then processing, packaging, and exports which resulted in allowance of EU export licenses after 11 years

4. Discussed the Fisheries project with local communities to properly store and package the product for exports from Africa to Europe as the seafood quality was good except the handling of the catch was not managed and hence the processed production was not properly preserved along with in the presence of Department of Fisheries of the Government.

 

5. We provided Boat Trainers and Small Vessels for Fisheries 

 

6. Trained and created a code of practice for the Marine Fisheries Department of Pakistan along with fisheries department officials, factory owners, and fishermen including the director general of fisheries and directors at senior levels and UNIDO experts on EU funding, printed and distributed the code of practice & policies with the help of our appointed Ambassador for Port and Fisheries from Ireland.

​​Marquise Rubina's Accomplishments in the Safety of Industrial Equipment & Factories

1. Discussed and given industrial zone development projects by the African Government to provide infrastructure for industrial zones as well as revamp the old industries and bring state-of-the-art technology to promote exports.

2. Certified the Financial Reporting of the Health Industry like Nursing Homes and Assisted Living to qualify for Government payments of Primary Health Care, Community-Based Alternatives, Medicare, and Medicaid Benefits.

3. Worked for many CPA Firms as a Manager for audit and tax to assist their industrial clients.

4. Completed our monitoring and evaluation on-site with certificate distribution for the training of UN SDGs of over 2500 beneficiaries within 58 districts around Pakistan.

5. Signed MOU with Govt of Balochistan Health Department to operate 9 hospitals to provide Maternal Care, Nutrition, a Feeding Center, and a Trauma Center in case of accidents and serious injuries along with training of Nurses and community health workers at their nursing schools and their practical’s to be done at those 9 hospitals also took the inventory of the medications and monitored the staff attendance, with the help of Chief Minister we arranged to have mandatory 1 surgeon on duty at each Government Hospital while he is working on their transfer requests to save life of patient who were in critical need of surgery with the support of district health officer.

AIDs, Cholera, Diarrhea, Dengue, First Aid, Flu, Hepatitis, Measles, Mums, Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, Tracheal Disease, Typhoid, WhooCough and any pandemic diseases.

Community Health Areas of Non-Communicable Diseases

​Diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (such as hypertension), chronic respiratory diseases (like COPD and asthma), cancers (with a focus on breast and cervical cancer), kidney diseases, and mental health disorders (such as depression and anxiety).

​​Marquise Rubina's Accomplishments in the Health Industry

1. Helped create projects and budgets for federal govt partner organizations for education and technical education to benefit 122,000 beneficiaries in a year as per the mou with a federal organization and registered over 8,000 trainees for staff nursing, mid-wives, community health workers, lady health visitors, assistant medical technician, pharmacy assistant, operation theatre assistant, dental assistant, dispenser, and community health workers.

2. Discussed and designed four projects with Federal Ombudsman to help Federal Headquarters Department of Health based in Islamabad. 1. Role of Community Mobilization in Health Care Deliver, 2. Integration of Primary (Basic Health Units) to secondary (Rural Health Centers) to tertiary (District Head Quarter Hospitals) includes automation of the entire capital health system, 3. Training and Camps of Health Care Providers, 4. Impact-oriented hepatitis program.

3. Discussed and connected the basic health and microfinance project for women entrepreneurship with Italian Embassy to bring down the rate of mortality and promote stability within newly launched businesses owned by women.

4. Having the skill to be the best negotiator in conflicts and tribal Jirga’s. I have worked on many projects especially convincing tribal communities to let their girls become nurses which resulted in the reopening of 15 govt nursing schools also initiated male nurses training which was banned for many years that resulted in lowering the mortality rate as the male and female nurses were able to save lives during the off hours (night) absence of doctors within the villages basic health units around the country.

5. Worked with medical facilities in regions to provide help to connect patients from Balochistan to Federal Govt Health Projects to support their surgeries and medical help, NGO also worked on Food Distribution and Immunization Programs.

6. Discussed public health projects with WHO in Africa for communicable and non-communicable diseases.

7. Certified the Financial Reporting of the Health Industry in the USA for Nursing Homes and Assisted Living to qualify for Government payments of Primary Health Care, Community-Based Alternatives, Medicare, and Medicaid Benefits.

8. Organized Senior Citizens in the USA to go over issues like gold cards for medical help, Medicaid, food stamps, housing, home health nursing care, and wills/insurance.

9. As a tax director in the USA, I was responsible for 72 health and assisted living properties.

10. Completed the training and attended the camps of health care providers organized by the Federal Government USA.

11. Discussed and suggested Saudi Counselor the projects for disaster and emergency preparedness and for IDPs of Afghanistan and Balochistan to work with Armed Forces to minimize the level of traumas and hatred created by and after the operations. Operations are mandatory in certain situations but must be running parallel with the development and not leaving a long gap of devastation which in turn give rise to terrorism. Signed the agreement on behalf of the Saudi Arabia Embassy in Pakistan with UNOPS as our strategic partner to provide disaster, health and emergency preparedness staff to the government of Saudi Arabia.

12. Signed an Agreement with European University for health education and exchanging academics/equipment with them to set up research for AIDs, Malaria, TB, Hepatitis and many communicable or non-communicable diseases and to receive scholarships for nursing, medical technology, and medical practitioners. 

13. I have also worked with head of mission of ICRC to assist women with health issues and connected the health institutes with them to provide research and promote quality health SDG.

 

14. Discussed and submitted for grants the health technology from Denmark for the people of Africa to reduce the mortality rate and assist the villages where the technology is needed the most.
